I took this self portrait about 9 years ago. Alot has shifted, much like the sands of time tend to do.

There have been many twists, turns, ups and downs over the past decade or so, but unlike in this image I am no longer stuck between the past and the possible future. Instead I am running head first into the possibilities of what I can still accomplish in what time I may have left on this planet.

This image capture me, the true me at that point in time. Do I still glimpse back at what was, of course, I think we all do to an extent. But now, I try to not live in that space between the two worlds, but only visit from time to time.
