If you know of a young lady interested in learning more about aerospace engineering, satellite technology and space systems design; this is the program for them. The even better news is, it is free this summer for those participants accepted into the program!

✨📡SpaceTrek West Virginia Applications are OPEN!!!🛰️🌟

Ready to explore the future of space, engineering, and innovation?

Apply to the SpaceTrek program hosted at West Virginia Wesleyan College this summer for an immersive, two-week residential experience where students dive into space systems engineering while building leadership skills, self-confidence, and life-long connections.

Held in partnership to TMC Technologies, the WV program will be led by Martina Wood - a West Virginia Wesleyan College Alumna and TMC Technologies Program Manager – who brings together her academic background and industry experience to connect students to real-world aerospace innovation and inspire the next generation of female STEM leaders! The program will be hosted in the Reemsnyder Research Center and the Christopher Hall of Science, the home of WVWC’s NASA-affiliated physics and engineering programs!

Program dates: July 12 - 25

Requirements: Applications open to young women in rising 9th – 12th grade or rising college freshmen who have successfully completed Algebra 1

Program cost: FREE! Fees have been waived for all 2026 participants!
