Important: Per Ebony Bowers
I am getting to foundation together for "The Hill" to become a historic district. To make the work I will need the following information from ONE family representative.
1) I need a copy of deed 50 years and older

2) Write family history of the property/house

3) If the person living their made some type of history please list the name and thier significance to our community and possibly surrounding areas.

*Side note I need accurate information for all.

4) List the full family tree associated with the property/house for example either list last names or full names of direct descendants.

The information could be emailed to me at [email protected] and if you have any questions my phone number is 803-360-0652.

After this information is put in place we will need to have a historic survey of our community. Can be expensive but the Town of Lexington Historial group can provide grants to have that service.

Thanks,
Ebony Flemming
