We received a message regarding a family that was served as part of Serve the City. Read below the impact made on that family all because a group of people decided to serve their community.

“On Serve the City Day a group of saints attacked Ms. Jackie and Mr. Robert’s yard. They cut trees, dug out flower beds, trimmed grass, cut ivy off the house, got rid of snakes, bagged limbs, and set out the garbage. Mr. Robert and his wife set out on their porch that Saturday like they did when they were more able to do the work. Mr. Robert has gone to heaven now and I pray he knows that saints like those that showed up on Serve the City day will be there to help his wife, Ms. Jackie, who has Stage 4 cancer. Bless you saints who served.”
