Physical development includes fine motor skills. Using those little fingers for pushing, pulling, pinching, etc. is how they build those muscles used for scribbling, doodling, and making works for art. 🎨

Sensory bottles and sensory play mats provide safe visual and tactile stimulation during tummy time or quiet play. Easy to make and you probably have everything you need right there in your home! Seal the cap/bag permanently with super glue, hot glue, or duct tape to ensure the contents remain completely safe and leak-free for tiny hands. 💜

As always, supervision during play is essential for the safety of your baby with any toy.

Mommy and Me activities like our homemade baby play-mat, shakers, sock buddies, and sock puppets help grow a strong parent-child attachment during pregnancy and after baby is born. It creates an emotional tie that supports our moms and dads to feel closer to their babies. 💜

The benefits of reading to your baby begins while they are in the womb. Babies are listening to sounds and by the end of the second trimester, they can hear your voice!

It provides early reading experiences that are aimed at promoting strong, healthy language and brain development. The best part of reading to your baby - it builds a strong relationship by having fun together. 💜
