Nova Caeli Helping families in Denton County rebuild, recover and rise after domestic violence. Poverty, illness and trauma make re-establishment and recovery difficult.

OUR SERVICES

Survivors often face significant challenges after escaping domestic abuse. Leaving beloved pets behind adds an additional layer of grief. Our goals are to keep families and their pets together and help them return to a place of peace, wellness and independence as soon as possible through the following services:

Clothing, Furniture and Household Items:
We will provide clothing, furn

iture and household items to assist in creating a functional and comfortable home for families beginning anew. Holistic Wellness:
We will provide access to a whole-food pantry, trauma-informed yoga, guided meditation and other healthy, healing practices. Economic Empowerment:
We will provide counseling in financial management concepts such as budgeting, savings, spending plans and credit/debt management. Transitional Pet Care:
We will provide access to safe, temporary pet care for families transitioning to their new homes, pet food and supplies. We will also provide referrals to outside agencies for additional assistance and create awareness through our website, social media, literature and public events. We look forward to working alongside our community of allies and advocates in helping to create happier, healthier lives for survivors and their pets.
