Pretty classy setting with crystal chandelier and an elegant lobby—it’s a catchy dance that only lasts about 4 minutes! It has nothing to do with witchcraft and everything to do with fun dancing…like the Macarena or the chicken dance. Again, add a costume or just come with your broom!

Here’s the plan. The Lewiston Witch Dancers will perform, on Witches Night, Saturday, October 3rd., at 7:00 p.m. in front of Tee Lake Mercantile. You will again make entrance through the arbor next to Tee Lake Mercantile, coming from behind the building. This lets everyone appreciate your costume. You will share the dance twice. Hopefully, enough will return to thrill the children and attendees of Fall Fest, the next day, Sunday, October 4th., at 1:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to participate in the dance. If you don’t have an elaborate costume—that’s okay—just have a broom, a Swifter, an Electrolux vacuum. It’s just about fun. If you miss a step, if your broom is down when all others are up, we’ll call it “creative improvisation.” Please come and help us continue a fun tradition others love to watch! Here’s the tutorial again—I swear, you can learn the dance in an hour, at home.
