You heard right ✨

See a section of The Sphere of Light windows on live display for the very first time.

From Thursday evening through Sunday, visit the Utah Arts Festival and experience these breathtaking stained glass windows inside the Salt Lake City Library.

These pieces may not be displayed again for quite some time, making this a rare opportunity to witness these extraordinary works of light in person. Don’t miss your chance!

The Roots of Humanity Foundation is looking for volunteers to help bring the Sphere of Light project to fruition ✨

Join us in sharing light, beauty, and meaning through art glass and storytelling at the upcoming arts festival in Utah at the end of June.

Volunteer opportunities include: Showcasing the art glass, speaking with visitors about the project, and assisting with guest interactions and sales.

As a thank you, volunteers will receive exclusive swag and a private tour of the current Sphere of Light windows.

Come be part of something meaningful.

Our Waterfall Scene Sees the Light

In this section a young boy hangs precariously above a raging waterfall, preserved from certain death by the extraordinary effort of a young woman determined to save him. Subtle handprints on his chest symbolize the unseen help we often receive throughout life’s most difficult moments.

This powerful scene reflects compassion, protection, sacrifice, and selfless love. The turbulent (fused) waters below represent the destructive forces that can pull us off course, while the setting draws inspiration from Mesoamerican cultural history and storytelling traditions.

A reminder that even in our darkest moments, we are rarely alone.

Our final Love panel for Level One is on its way!

The scene depicts children playing together, unaware of differences in race, gender, or background. They are simply united in joy. A young boy kicks down a fence marked “Keep Them Separate,” symbolizing how love, empathy, and belonging break down barriers.

At the bottom of the panel, a baby takes their first steps while both parents lovingly encourage and support them. Together, these moments illustrate the power of love to unite, uplift, and help us grow.
