The mission of Digital Citizenship Foundation is to create positive, healthy and safe children and families through digital citizenship education. We provide services in digital citizenship education - the responsible and ethical use of technology. We offer in-person classes to students and families in Utah. Each class covers one area of digital citizenship. We want to:
• Increase knowledge of digital citizenship concepts
• Change attitudes towards technology from one of fear to a more balanced approach
• Adjust behavior to technology so it can be used in a more positive and healthy way

Sometimes, technology is more than entertainment. It can be a way to cope with stress, avoid uncomfortable feelings, find connection, or feel a sense of control.

That doesn't mean boundaries aren't important. It means boundaries are only part of the picture.

That little buzz from your phone can make you want to check it right now. But ask yourself:
“Does this actually need my attention?”

You don't have to respond to everything immediately.
Protect your attention. You decide what gets it.
