The Lee County School System will host the 1st Annual Trojan Warrior Challenge on April 19, 2014. The event will provide a challenging and fun athletic competition in a variety of events to help support the LOCAL Special Olympics program. Special Olympics provides sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, gi

ving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in sharing of gifts, skills and friendships with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
