Troop 220 Lee's Summit

Troop 220 Lee's Summit Troop 220 has a long history in the Lee's Summit area of preparing young men to become leaders in our community and life.

We were established in 1937, making us one of the oldest troops in Lee's Summit. We are proud to have the VFW as our chartered organization.

This morning Troop 220 packed up and hit the road for H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation! These young leaders will spend the next ten days camping under the bright stars in the hills of Osceola Missouri!

We wish them the best in their journey and we are proud of the young men they are becoming.

Remember, a scout is brave!

After some safety training the boys completed a four mile trek and saw their first bit of white water! Nothing they couldn’t handle though!
Tomorrow they put their skills to the test with a fourteen mile (slightly more intense) stretch of water.
