Eleos Connect

Eleos Connect Missouri Psychedelic Education Non-Profit

At Eleos Connect, we are dedicated to psychedelic advocacy & accessibility.

Inspired by the Greek goddess, Eleos, who embodies mercy and compassion, we aim to reflect these values in our mission.

05/20/2026

Today is our founder Crystal's 50th birthday and she’s using the occasion to invite support for Eleos Connect. 🎂

We are building community-centered education, reducing stigma, and working toward a future where access to psychedelic healing resources is safer, more informed, and more equitable.

If you’d like to support the mission, you can make a donation or purchase an Eleos t-shirt through our shop.

Donate or shop here:

Every donation, shirt purchase, and share helps us keep building. Thank you for supporting the work.💚🍄

Kind of personal but this is a part of being authentic and it’s some of what psilocybin has taught me.

Menopause has been rough and life can be stressful. At a recent doctor’s visit, I had much higher blood pressure than usual and it was definitely a wake up call for me. This is why I haven’t posted as regularly or shown up at as many community events. I’m not feeling myself but I’m doing the best I can to navigate each individual day.

A goal I set was to schedule more time for myself so tonight I’m heading to my second class at Megan’s Yoga Tribe this week. Her studio is very comfortable for me and there aren’t many places where I feel as at ease. While I’m not taking hard classes (yet) the Rest and Restore classes are helping me find my way. As much as I want to, I’m not tagging her business because of the unfortunate stigma still surrounding psychedelics and I don’t want to negatively impact her business unintentionally.

The whole point of this is that if you are having a tough time too, I want to encourage you to schedule time for yourself. Find your comfortable space. Do the things that guide you back home to yourself.

You’ve got this…and if you need a little support, reach out or post a comment. We’re all in this together. 💚

Have the best evening!

💚 Crystal

The struggle is real! 😅

I went into the shop to purchase a couple of shirts for myself and realized there was a shipping issue. Took a bit to troubleshoot, but the shop is officially working now.

If you tried earlier and hit a wall, you’re all set now. Please try again! 🙏

Thanks for sticking with me…this is just the beginning 💚

If you’ve been following along and want to support what I’m building with Eleos, grabbing a shirt or sharing the shop link goes a long way right now.

Every little bit helps keep this moving forward...(and I could really use the support).

We started with one simple option: a black long sleeve.

As we move into spring, it felt like the right time to open things up a bit. We added a few new colors (white, black, and turquoise) while keeping the same message at the center of it all:

Healing belongs to everyone.

If you choose to wear one, you’re not just buying a shirt, you’re supporting the work we’re building at Eleos Connect.

And if you’d like to support what we’re building but don’t need a t-shirt, that means just as much.

We’d also love to hear your thoughts on colors, styles, or anything you’d want to see in the future.

Today is Bicycle Day, the anniversary of Albert Hofmann’s first intentional experience with L*D.

This day marked the beginning of a conversation that is still unfolding today.

But maybe the more important question isn’t about history, it’s about what people are still carrying right now: trauma, addiction, depression, disconnection.

While new pathways for healing are being explored, access remains limited, often reserved for those with the resources, proximity, or privilege to reach it.

At Eleos Connect, we believe healing should not be out of reach. It should be ethical, supported, and accessible to all who need it.

Bicycle Day isn’t just about where this started.
It’s about where we go from here…and making sure no one is left behind. 🚲🌈

President Trump has signed an executive order aimed at expanding research into psychedelic therapies, including ibogaine, particularly for PTSD, addiction, and other conditions where current treatments often fall short.

While this doesn’t change access overnight, it is a needed shift.

We’ll likely see:

• More structured clinical trials
• Increased attention (and funding) around these therapies
• Ongoing debate around safety, ethics, and accessibility

There’s significant potential here. There are also risks. Both deserve to be taken seriously as this evolves. 💚

The president’s executive order is intended to accelerate research into the compounds’ efficacy in treating mental health disorders like severe depression and PTSD.

Expanding access to psychedelic care is one of the most important challenges in this space and it’s encouraging to see organizations like Thank You Life actively doing that work.

At Eleos Connect, this same mission is at the core of what we’re building here in Missouri.

This work will take all of us. This is not a competition, it’s a collective effort to change the trajectory of mental health, substance use, and how we support people as a whole. 💚

We have scholarship funds available for Veterans or First Responders in the NYC area who are interested in exploring KAP for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or other mental health challenges with , one of our trusted care providers.

You can begin the application by filling out the simple form on the “Available Scholarships” page in our Link Tree (in bio).

Nushama will be in touch via email to continue the process.

Please share with any Veterans or First Responders in the NYC area who may benefit from this type of care, especially if cost has been a barrier to entry.

Eleos Connect has been a little quieter lately and that’s been intentional.

I’m taking the time to build this carefully, not quickly, because if it’s going to matter, it must be done right.

I’d be lying if I said it’s easy to watch everything around me move at full speed while I’m choosing a slower path...but not all growth is loud. Some of it starts quietly and takes root before anyone sees it.

I’m still building this foundation carefully, intentionally, and with the long-term in mind.💚
