DRYER VENT CLEANING SERVICES
We have found a company offering a group discount to our community if we can schedule everyone to be serviced at the same time.
This is voluntary, and being offered as a cost savings to you. It is recommended to have this done yearly. This is not managed by Ghertner, each owner will need to pay for their services directly to the vendor at the time of service.
Pricing is below:
A single resident- $150
2-5 - $125
6-10- $100
11-5- $75
16+- $50
If done in Jan or Feb, an additional 5% discount is offered in addition to pricing above.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this offer, please reply with your address and the month you want to have service done so we can tally the numbers and get best pricing. If we can all do January, that would be best! Please only reply if you are interested in this service.
