What a fun event and a great way for the Cleona PD to engage with young community members! 🍦

Cleona Borough Police Department hosted an "Ice Cream With Cops" event Wednesday for around 300 Cleona Elementary School students, offering ice cream and a chance to interact with officers.

We were incredibly honored to welcome Team Nashville when they traveled all the way to Pennsylvania to ride with the LEU PA Chapter. Our historian, Derek Underkoffler, had the privilege of rooming with Kevin from Team Nashville—an experience that sparked genuine, lasting friendships. That’s the magic of participating in organizations like this: the bonds, the shared purpose, and the true meaning of brotherhood and sisterhood that form along the way.

Every mile, every story shared supports a cause bigger than all of us. And now the countdown begins—11 months until the LEU Ride 2027.

Who’s joining us next year?

The Andrew Jackson Lodge 5 is proud to support Law Enforcement United Team Nashville and the officers working to honor fallen heroes and support the law enforcement community.

This year, seven MNPD officers and one support member helped raise more than $13,000 locally as part of a nationwide effort that generated an incredible $680,000 in total support.

The funds will benefit organizations including Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), Spirit of Blue, and Officer Down Memorial Page, while also supporting su***de prevention and mental health awareness initiatives for law enforcement officers.

Their work is a powerful reminder that the law enforcement community never forgets its own.

We are honored to know the Wise family and to call them proud supporters of Lodge 42. We chose to honor Officer Wise because of the deep roots he and his family have within Lebanon County and the lasting impact they’ve made on this community.

Today and always, we recognize his commitment, service, and sacrifice. He is never forgotten — not by us, not by this county, and not by the people whose lives he touched.

Twenty-two years ago, Michael left home to work his shift. He didn’t know he would never see his wife or daughter again. He was killed doing a job he loved. He was a police officer but more importantly, he was a son, husband, father, cousin and dear friend to many.

Please remember his legacy of public service, as both a police officer and paramedic and continue to support all emergency service workers who are dedicated to keeping our communities safe.
