Unfortunately, last August our 3 remaining committee members had to make the decision to not move forward with AP 2026. This was due mainly because of lack of commitment to the committee positions but also declining ticket sales. We have and always have been a parent run organization with no affiliation with the school. With 2/3 members leaving the committee and not enough commitment we made the decision to dissolve our previous committee. We are tidying up some loose ends and wanted to see if anyone was interested in forming a new committee and resuming AP in 2027. If you have any interest in this please reach out! This was an amazing event that kids enjoyed for decades. However, it is more than just showing up the weekend of-it requires months of fundraising and planning.
