🌟♟️ 78 Young Minds, Countless Brilliant Moves! ♟️🌟

What an amazing day at our July 12th Chess Tournament at the Leander Public Library! We were thrilled to welcome 78 talented scholastic players competing across four exciting sections. The tournament hall was filled with concentration, strategy, determination, and plenty of memorable chess moments!

🏆 Congratulations to all of our winners for their outstanding performances and well-earned trophies! Every player who participated should be proud of their effort, sportsmanship, and willingness to challenge themselves. Remember, every game—win or lose—is a step toward becoming a stronger chess player.

👏 A huge thank you to my friends Vijay and Ashok, and to all of our incredible volunteers and supportive parents who helped make this event possible. Your time, energy, and dedication are greatly appreciated.

📈 Our chess community continues to grow each month, with more players, stronger competition, and increasing enthusiasm for the game. It is inspiring to see so many young players learning, improving, and building friendships through chess.

🏆♟️ The Longhorn June Grand Prix has officially come to an end! Over the past several weeks, players competed fiercely in our Wednesday tournaments, earning Grand Prix points through participation and strong performances. We witnessed outstanding games, exciting finishes, and tremendous growth from players of all levels. Congratulations to our top finishers and a sincere thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this series a success. We look forward to seeing you at our future Longhorn Chess events!

We had a fantastic turnout of 24 players at Longhorn Chess Club's Wednesday Swiss #26!
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make another successful Wednesday tournament. It's great to see our chess community continuing to grow each week!
💰 **June Grand Prix is Underway!** 💰
Every Wednesday tournament in June counts toward our monthly Grand Prix standings:
✅ 1 point for participation
✅ 1 point for each win
✅ Points accumulate across all June Wednesday tournaments
At the end of the month, the top three players will share the Grand Prix prize fund:
🥇 1st Place – **30%** of all June Wednesday entry fees
🥈 2nd Place – **20%** of all June Wednesday entry fees
🥉 3rd Place – **10%** of all June Wednesday entry fees
Every game matters, and every point counts. Join us next Wednesday to compete, improve, and climb the Grand Prix leaderboard!
