After much consideration, Moms of The Kingdom Foundation has made the difficult decision to begin the process of dissolving the organization.
While we remain deeply passionate about the vision and mission behind MOTK, we recognize that truly carrying out that vision requires a significant investment of time, consistency, and shared commitment from leadership and board members alike. At this time, with the various personal and professional responsibilities in life, we have come to the conclusion that this is simply not the right season of life to steward the organization in the way it deserves.
Although the organization itself may be coming to a close, our hearts for serving others are not. We will continue to serve and love on our community individually and together in many of the same ways we always have. We’ve realized that the additional operational and administrative responsibilities of running a formal nonprofit are not required to continue showing up for people, supporting families, and making a difference where we can.
We truly believe God used this journey to provide clarity, discernment, wisdom, growth, and perspective in many ways. We are thankful for every thing learned, every connection made, and every opportunity to pour into others along the way. Sometimes obedience also means recognizing when something is no longer aligned for the current season and trusting God in that decision as well.
We are incredibly grateful for every volunteer, donor, business, and individual who supported our mission and allowed us to serve the community. Your generosity and encouragement meant more than words can express.
