This Christmas, From Me

This Christmas,
I don’t come with perfect words
or a polished heart.
I come as I am—
grateful, tired, hopeful, still standing.

I wish you peace that doesn’t pretend,
joy that survives real life,
and love that shows up
even when it’s inconvenient.

I wish you moments—
small ones—that remind you
why you keep going.
A laugh you didn’t expect.
A memory that warms instead of hurts.
A silence that finally feels safe.

If this year broke you a little,
know that it didn’t finish you.
If it blessed you,
may you share it without fear.
If you’re somewhere in between,
that counts too.

This Christmas,
may we forgive more than we explain,
listen more than we defend,
and hold each other
like tomorrow matters.

From me to you… on this Christmas Day,
whoever you are, wherever you are,
may you feel seen,
may you feel enough,
and may you remember this:

you are here for a reason,
your presence mattered this year,
and the world is better
because you are still in it.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported the Black Tie New Year’s Eve Fashion Affair Fundraising Gala through sponsorships and ticket purchases. All refunds have already been issued, and we truly appreciate your participation and understanding.

Blue Lark Entertainment will be moving forward in collaboration with the West Coast Jazz Society on a series of upcoming 2026 jazz events. We are also still very much looking forward to supporting both Hungry Hearts Feeding Ministry and the Center for Creative Living through a portion of the proceeds from our upcoming events.
