We received the following report. This is a traffic violation folks, not a violent crime.

I had a traffic violation and when I went to jail for missing my court case. I was put into solitary confinement. Without any basic rights . No water, shower,phone call,and sewage in cell every time a toilet was flushed it backed up into my cell. I became extremely sick and am still sick to this day. I was 62 at the time and I have never experienced anything as horrible as the neglect and extreme power trip they. No calls no food no constitutional rights.

And what ever happens to this corrupt system they have here ? When I stated it goes against my constitutional rights and I would sue them they laughed and basically said many have tried so good luck with that.

When I reported it it went nowhere . So they continue to do whatever they want and they definitely are not concerned with consequences because they themselves regulate the city .

Another wrongful death case against Comanche County Detention Center. It appears in this case lifesaving dialysis was withheld. This was an UNCONVICTED PRETRIAL DETAINEE. When will citizens put an end to the torture, neglect, and death of detainees who haven’t even had their day in court? When???

“All of segregation was full of poor mental health inmates living in filth and their own f***s and urine. The higher up staff never cared. “Well they’re crazy” was usually their excuse.”

‼️ URGENT ‼️ we have received a report of a detainee who is a Type 1 diabetic who has only received 1 insulin shot in 48 hours. He is currently slurring his words and obviously unwell. He typically receives several insulin shots in one day. Others in jails across the country have died due to improper or complete lack of insulin. We are extremely concerned about this individual.
