One of the most important parts of the Just Right For Now trip to Macedonia wasn't just the games. It was the Team Time sessions.

These conversations are where growth happens. Reflection. Accountability. Leadership. Faith. Real dialogue that challenges student-athletes to think beyond the court.

But none of that happens by accident.

Before stepping on that plane, our Success Coaches are trained through the TRUE Change Coaching Blueprint. We equip them with structure, shared language, and practical tools so they can lead meaningful conversations in new environments and pivotal moments.

Let me be real - We got sick of seeing organizations asking mentors, peer leaders, and teen coordinators to carry the weight of life-changing conversations without giving them the tools, structure, or support to do it well.

So we built something to change that.

This month, we’re launching a new TRUE Change Coaching Blueprint cohort. A hands-on training experience that equips one person in your organization to:

✅ Facilitate group sessions with confidence
✅ Lead one-on-one conversations with structure and care
✅ Build trust with students while maintaining healthy boundaries
✅ Use TRUE Change frameworks that are proven and practical
✅ Access student-facing tools that reinforce long-term growth

It’s designed for nonprofits, after-school programs, and community organizations that are ready to invest in the people behind the scenes. The ones who guide students through real moments, not just programming.

Programs don’t change people. People do.

Each enrollment includes:
- One sponsored coach, peer leader, or facilitator
- Student access for up to 5 youth on our portal
- Monthly development calls
- Use of TRUE Change coaching tools and curriculum (after training)

This is for organizations done with winging it and ready to build something sustainable.
