It’s not often that your community gathers to celebrate an outstanding leader. Last night, we found ourselves in an even rarer position: surrounded by friends of Nectar as we toasted TWO incredible leaders.

Thank you to everyone who came to Dona Habana ®️ (one of our BEI alums!) to wish Glynn Lloyd well on his next chapter, and to officially welcome Alex Nova as our new CEO. Special thanks to Orlando Watkins for his kind words, and to Hector and Nivia for making it a night to remember. As Alex said, this work takes all of us, and we appreciate the community’s commitment to unifying behind our mission as she starts her leadership journey.
