Couldn’t help sharing these beautiful words from our new CEO Alexandra Nova during our event celebrating her and Glynn Lloyd. We’re fortunate that his leadership set our foundation and her deeply felt passion for this work will carry us forward!

It’s not often that your community gathers to celebrate an outstanding leader. Last night, we found ourselves in an even rarer position: surrounded by friends of Nectar as we toasted TWO incredible leaders.

Thank you to everyone who came to Dona Habana ®️ (one of our BEI alums!) to wish Glynn Lloyd well on his next chapter, and to officially welcome Alex Nova as our new CEO. Special thanks to Orlando Watkins for his kind words, and to Hector and Nivia for making it a night to remember. As Alex said, this work takes all of us, and we appreciate the community’s commitment to unifying behind our mission as she starts her leadership journey.

Juneteenth reminds us to never give up hope, even (and especially) in uncertain times. We honor that legacy today by celebrating freedom, seeking connection, and opening doors to opportunity wherever and whenever we can.

Wishing all our communities a day of unity and remembrance.

Thanks to our partners at MassHousing for sharing this story, and for their leadership in the Energy Saver Home Loan Program. We're proud to be a participating lender and help homeowners go beyond repairs to reduce their energy usage. Andy and his wife were able to modernization their 75-year-old home with the help of the Energy Saver Home Loan.

The work we do is about much more than the numbers.

Yes, those numbers are incredibly important, and we have a lot to be proud of at Nectar. But behind every investment is a story that paints a more powerful picture of our impact: families upgrading their homes, entrepreneurs growing their businesses and communities building a more stable future. Our 2025 Impact Report is dedicated to telling those stories. As our industry and our mission face new obstacles, sharing them — in the voices and through the eyes of the people we serve — feels more important than ever. To learn more, please take a few minutes to read through the report. We’re grateful for your support!https://nectarinvests.org/annual-reports/standing-with-our-communities/
