Congratulations to the Tar Heels, your 2026 3rd–5th Grade Girls Recreational Basketball League Champions!

What a season…full of growth, grit, teamwork, and heart. This group of young athletes showed us what it means to support one another, compete with confidence, and keep showing up, week after week.

Girls’ sports are about so much more than the final score. They are about building confidence, finding your voice, learning resilience, and discovering just how strong you really are. And these 5 teams? They embodied all of it. 💙

In a recreational league, the real win is watching players develop, not just as athletes, but as teammates, leaders, and young women who believe in themselves. This season gave us all of that and more.

To the Tar Heels: your championship is well earned!🏆

To every player in this league: keep playing, keep growing, and keep loving the game.🏀

To our incredible coaches: thank you for your time, your patience, and your commitment to pouring into these athletes. You are shaping far more than basketball players, and it does not go unnoticed.💚

Community Food Drive Basketball! Saturday, February 28th, 2026
Benefitting The Sharing Place Food Pantry

The Sharing Place is a volunteer managed program that provides food for Lawrence Township and families from adjacent counties

When you come to the gym next Saturday, please consider bringing a non-perishable donation. Items requested are cereal, canned soups, canned or packets of chicken, tuna or meat, and hygiene products.

There will be a donation receptacle inside the door entering from the North parking lot (opposite side from concessions).
