(There are many more galleries, theatres, museums, events and societies than we have included in this campaign so far. If you would like your organization to be included in our campaign, please visit our website to fill out an online application.) Lawrence: Supporting the Arts is a privately-funded effort to promote non-profit arts organizations in Lawrence to citizens, businesses, tourists and relocating families/businesses. It also provides tools to encourage volunteerism and donations, as well as boost attendance. Finally, it seeks to build cooperative promotions efforts among arts organizations and campaign sponsors. The campaign is created and directed by Marketing Resources, funded by underwriter TCK Trust & Financial Advisors and other corporate sponsors, and is endorsed by various community entities. The campaign is not a non-profit organization – it is a cooperative campaign.
