A message from Director of Lawrence Pride-
The last 48 hours have made one thing very clear: Lawrence Pride let longstanding concerns and conflict go unresolved for far too long, and that caused real harm. At the same time, what happened publicly over the last couple of days went way too far. Tearing each other down is not okay. We are all working towards similar goals, and we must find a better way forward.
As the new Director of Lawrence Pride, I’m willing to listen and sit down with anyone who wants to talk through concerns, ideas, or ways we can work better together. I’m very grateful to Clare Ndeagakura and others for stepping in, helping calm things down, and pushing us toward a real conversation.
