🔴 DANGER LEVEL: 8/10 — CRITICAL

Tulsa and northern Oklahoma are inside one of the most aggressively documented child exploitation corridors in the country right now. Operation Clean Sweep III — a multi-agency crackdown involving 25 federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement partners — ran from March through early August 2026 and resulted in 38 defendants charged by indictment or criminal complaint and 21 children identified or rescued. The operation targeted predators using social media, messaging apps, and emerging AI technology to reach children online. Just three months before Kimberly disappeared, the Oklahoma Attorney General's Human Trafficking Response Unit conducted a direct trafficking operation at a Tulsa motel, resulting in an arrest and the recovery of three potential victims. In July 2026, Wagoner County — directly adjacent to Tulsa — conducted an undercover operation that arrested a registered s*x offender targeting a minor online. The U.S. Attorney for this district stated publicly that a child is statistically more likely to be solicited online by a predator than to be in a car accident. That is the environment Kimberly went missing in. That is the danger this score reflects.
