Hello Work Comp Colleagues,

It has been my honor and privilege to serve as the Nevada Disability Prevention Coalition’s President for the past six years. During this time, NDPC has come a long way, and together we have accomplished so much. I have learned a great deal and had the pleasure of meeting many exceptional people along the way. NDPC will always be near and dear to my heart, and I am incredibly proud of where the organization is today.

While I will remain on the board as a director, I will be stepping down from my role as President.

With that said, I am proud to announce your new NDPC President, Trish Gibson ([email protected]). Trish has served on the board in several capacities, and we are excited to move into 2026 under her leadership. We also have a new Vice-President and President-Elect, Katherine Nelson ([email protected]). We will be in great hands!

I also want to share another exciting update—we have launched a newly updated NDPC website. This enhancement will make things easier for our members moving forward. All members will now have access to recordings of our previous Breakfast and Learn meetings, which are currently available on the site. As the year progresses, all meeting documents and presentations will be added to the member portal and will remain accessible for as long as you are a member. In addition, most event registrations will now be handled directly through the website, reducing the need for separate registration forms. If you have already purchased your membership through PayPal, Zelle or Zeffy please go to our website and create an account. Once you have an account and have a paid membership we can grant you access to the portal.

We are very excited about this progress and look forward to what the future holds for NDPC.

Thank you for your continued support and participation. As your outgoing President, I am truly grateful for each of you and wish you continued success in all your endeavors.
