So what do I mean about being Public or Private.
There is a ledger for the minors (Legal Personas being animated in ignorance) in their jurisdiction.
You can operate as a minor in a public or a private capacity.
What you choose simply determines what ledger you get placed on.
One nor the other remove you from the jurisdiction, they simply change how your minor Legal Persona that you self identify with and animate is being processed through their jurisdiction.
Each side of the ledger have their own processes, performances, satisfaction for the Legal Personas duties/obligations.
As long as we operate as a role the duty and obligations of the role remains.
They may change in form and function depending on the side of the ledger you operate with the persona, but they don't magically leave just because you went "private".
Leaving their jurisdiction is not something you have to do, it is something you already are because you have never actually been in their jurisdiction.
So instead of trying to jump through legal loopholes with a persona, just stand as you biologically already are, and make them prove you were ever there to begin with.
You can be private or public outside of their jurisdiction as well.

And there's no slide of hand tricks you need to do to be free, leave them to their tricks and return to your KNOWING.
