Help protect outdoor shooting access in Southern Nevada! 🎯🗑️

Pick It Up Las Vegas has partnered with The Way Foundation to host The Cold Creek Gun Range Cleanup on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Federal land managers are monitoring target debris, casings, and trash buildup across our public lands. If we don’t take care of these spots, we risk losing access to outdoor shooting at Cold Creek. Let’s team up to keep our desert clean, safe, and open for everyone.

Event Details

🗓 When: Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 Where: Cold Creek Shooting Area (Off US-95)

🧭 Directions: Take US-95 to Cold Creek Rd. Drive past the prison and follow the event signs directly to the site!

Donate to sponsor a day’s stipends at https://pickituplv.com/donate/!

150,000+ pounds removed. 1,400+ volunteers engaged. But the most important number is the $7,000 directly paid out to participants working to rebuild their lives. Transformation happens from the ground up.

Yesterday was a BIG day for community! 💚🧹

Chicken N Pickle shut down their Henderson location and paid their employees to step away from work and spend the day serving their communities. That is what true community commitment looks like!
Together, we collected an incredible 15 bags of trash and made our community a little cleaner and a lot better. 🗑️🙌

A HUGE thank you to the amazing team at Chicken N Pickle for caring about our community, showing up, getting their hands dirty, and leading by example. ❤️
We are so grateful for businesses that don’t just talk about giving back—they show up and make it happen!
Thank you, Chicken N Pickle - Henderson ! 💚

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to the James Boys & Girls Club yesterday!

We knocked out a ton of work—got the tables freshly painted and the garden area cleaned up and ready for the kids to enjoy. Nothing beats seeing the community show up, grab some tools, and make an immediate impact.

Shoutout to all the volunteers and the team at the clubhouse for hosting us. More projects coming soon—stay tuned!

This last Saturday, our Youth Stewardship event was a HUGE success. It was a beautiful thing to see families comes together to teach our youth the responsibility of community.

The trash problem may not be directly one persons doing, but it is the responsibility of the community to come together to take care of the issue if we want change.

Moving forward we will be doing a Youth Stewardship Day on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Look out for the Eventbrite signups.

Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors.

We’d like you to meet Tisha. ❤️

Tisha is celebrating one year free from m**h this month and has worked incredibly hard to rebuild her life. She works full-time, stays connected to her recovery community, has a sponsor, and is actively working on her continued growth.

After a challenging journey, Tisha just got her very first apartment and is starting a new chapter. Now we want to help her turn that apartment into a home!

We’re looking for donations of gently used furniture, kitchenware, and household essentials to help Tisha get settled.

If you have som**hing you’d like to donate, please reach out. Even a few household items can make a big difference in helping someone get a fresh start. ❤️
