✨ Yesterday LiftHER Workshop Was a Beautiful Success! ✨
Our girls showed up, showed out, and truly made this day unforgettable.

We talked about what a period is, what actually happens inside our bodies, and why it’s nothing to be ashamed of. We broke down the definition in a way the girls could understand, asked questions, and had real conversations about hygiene, confidence, and embracing the changes that come with growing up.

And the BEST part?
They each designed their own period pouch — choosing colors, decorating, and creating something that matched their own personality and style. 💕 Watching them express themselves and take pride in their creations was everything.

Thank you to everyone who donated and continues to support this mission. We are planting seeds, building confidence, and making an impact one workshop at a time. 🌸

✨ I am so excited for our workshop this weekend! ✨
My heart is truly full knowing that our girls will be creating their very own period pouches — a simple project that carries so much power, dignity, and understanding.

Our teens deserve spaces where they can learn about their bodies, their hygiene, and their health without shame, fear, or confusion. Moments like these help them build confidence, normalize conversations about their cycles, and remind them that taking care of themselves is a form of self-love. đź’•đź©·

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated. Your generosity means more than you know — every item helps a young girl feel prepared, supported, and seen.

This weekend, the girls will be decorating their bags, expressing their creativity, and then filling them with everything they need. I can’t wait to see the smiles, the conversations, and the empowerment that comes from something so meaningful.

The Brunch Bunch House Foundation was created with one mission in mind: to build a safe, empowering space for women, teens, and young adults to grow, connect, and rise together. From our city chapters to our events, from our free teen & young women’s closet to our empowerment programs—everything we do is rooted in love, impact, and legacy. 💖

We’re not just a group… we are a village. A place where women find support, encouragement, and real community. A place where young girls learn confidence, leadership, and life skills. A place where bonds are formed, stories are shared, and opportunities are created.

Every donation, every volunteer, every shared post, every woman who shows up—it all helps us expand the work we’re doing in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Inland Empire, and soon San Diego. 🌎✨

Our closet is still in its beginning stages, but with donations like hers, we are building a powerful resource for the teens and young women we serve. This closet will soon become a safe space where they can come pick out clothing, accessories, and essentials that help them feel confident, supported, and prepared for every opportunity. 👑✨

If you have any gently used clothes, shoes, purses, accessories, professional attire, or cute everyday pieces, we would love to add them to our growing closet! Every item donated helps us create a meaningful space these young ladies will soon be able to shop from—completely free. 💖
