❓What is Kaizen?
Kaizen is a Japanese word that means continuous improvement- small, steady steps toward lasting transformation. 🌱

❓Why Kaizen Years?
Because aging isn’t about slowing down—it’s about making small shifts that create purpose, passion & possibility.

Through 🎉 Forever Fun Mini Fairs, 🧘 Move & Meditate classes, and 🌟 our 8-Week Self-Discovery Series—we’re bringing FUN, connection, and new beginnings to every season of life.
