This Women's History Month, we're putting our Sista Spotlight on Dr. Kim Everett β Organizational Learning & Leadership Development Strategist, Belonging & Culture advocate, and someone who has spent over 25 years creating spaces where people can grow, lead, and show up fully.
Dr. Kim's work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, and community β helping individuals and organizations reconnect to their values and lead with purpose. And her words say it best:
"Honoring Black history means investing in Black leaders today by creating spaces where we reconnect to our inner wisdom, clarify our values, and lead with care and purpose, impacting generations to come."
That's the kind of leadership that changes things β not just for today, but for the generations coming up behind us. We see you, Dr. Kim. π
