It’s that time of year—NACM 2026 Membership Renewals are officially open!

We are thrilled to kick off an exciting new year as NACM expands into Northern Nevada, bringing even more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together across the state.

What’s New for 2026?

We’re bringing you a full calendar of exclusive events in both Southern and Northern Nevada, including:

⛳ Glow Golf (now in BOTH regions!)

🌟 Special member-only experiences throughout the year

Community Manager Membership:
$75 for the entire year
FREE access to all NACM events—no additional cost
Membership expires December 31, 2026 (join early to enjoy more!)
Management Companies Save More!
Enroll 3 or more managers by January 31, 2026 and receive a 10% discount per manager
Membership stays with the company, not the individual

Affiliate / Patron Membership & Sponsorships:
Affiliate members must renew at the Patron Level – $600 annually to participate in event sponsorships.

NACM’s 2026 Sponsorship Packages are now available!
• Credits may be used for events in both Southern & Northern Nevada
• Complete the attached Sponsorship Form and select your desired events

Sponsorship Package Availability:
3, 4 & 5 Star Packages are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
Packages available through February 13, 2026
After February 13, events will be offered à la carte

Free entry for all Community Managers! Affiliates we are asking for a $50 raffle prize as your entry fee.

Glow Golf 2024 “90s Cartoon” was a success. Thank you to all of our sponsors, without your support these events wouldn’t happen. And thank you to all managers who attend. We had over a 140 people in attendance…. Glowing and have a blast! Can’t wait to see you all at the next event!
