You are welcome to participate in a guided reflection or just walk around the park.
There are many ways to process grief and trauma and this is a place to be present with yourself and tender emotions, instead of denying or avoiding emotions.

Being present in nature is proven to be helpful.
There will be yoga mats, folding chairs, blankets, journals, and time to talk and share or just listen, process and find some peace.
This can be a time to celebrate the Good in Life, while honoring the paradox of life, love and loss.
