Dear Chamber Member, Reminder as we approach Election Day on Tuesday:

If you plan to return your ballot by mail, please mail it today. Do not wait until Tuesday. The U.S. Post Office processes outgoing mail once daily at 8:00 a.m. Ballots dropped after that time will be postmarked the next day (Wednesday), which may affect whether they are counted.

The safest option is to use a ballot drop box or vote in person at a polling location.

As you select your choices please keep Assembly District 1 race in consideration. Jo Cato, Board Member of the African Chamber is a candidate. The Chamber’s endorsement reflects trusted community leadership.

REMINDER: 🚨 All Nevada Employers Must Offer a Retirement Savings Plan – Is Your Business Ready? Effective September 1, 2025, Nevada’s new retirement mandate goes into effect. Senate Bill 305 requires employers with 6 or more employees to either offer their own 401(k) plan or enroll employees into the state-sponsored Nevada Employee Savings Trust (NEST).

If your business has been operating for 3 or more years, with 6 or more employees compliance is required.
