On behalf of the Kids’ Chance of Nevada board, we would like to welcome Clinton Nemmer as one of our newest Ambassadors for 2026!
Clinton Nemmer is a dedicated Workers’ Compensation professional with more than a decade of experience supporting employers, claims professionals, and healthcare organizations across California and Nevada. He began his career with RJN Investigations as the Northern California Account Manager before moving into the role of Director of Marketing for Mullen & Filippi, where he led statewide outreach and industry engagement initiatives. Clinton later joined ISYS Case Management, overseeing operations throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada, and now serves as the National Business Development Manager for CareerSmart Learning, a subsidiary of ISYS. In this role, he supports organizations nationwide in delivering high-quality, accredited continuing education for healthcare and Workers’ Compensation professionals.
Clinton is known for bringing positive energy to every team he joins, consistently fostering collaboration, strengthening partnerships, and helping organizations achieve and exceed their goals. His leadership style emphasizes integrity, communication, and building strong relationships across diverse groups.
In addition to his professional achievements, Clinton has a long history of charitable involvement. He served as the original California Ambassador for the Kind Souls Foundation and continues to support the organization’s mission. Clinton also spent several years as an active volunteer and member of the Fundraising Board for Kids’ Chance of California, helping advance scholarship opportunities for children affected by workplace injuries.
Clinton is honored to accept a role as Kids’ Chance of Nevada Ambassador and remains committed to advancing opportunities for families impacted by workplace tragedies.
