Through outreach a couple months ago, we met Mallory. She was a dancer but has now left the life. She has since been through a tough break up and financial struggles. Right now, it is difficult to see God's goodness. Mallory is very confused. She feels distant from God. At the beginning of her walk with God, there was fire, light, and expectancy, but it seems like that is now fading because of the lack of prosperity. One night, she resorted to unhealthy ways of dealing with the struggles in life, but by being involved with Scarlet Hope, she met up with us to talk about scripture, God's character, the true gospel, and why God allows suffering to take place.
