Baby Robert Desmond Eichelberger born on January 4, 2015, lived his whole life in the NICU at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by his parents, Melissa & Jeff Eichelberger and his big sister Lucia. During the 222 day stay in the NICU, we experienced the loneliness and difficulty of being in the hospital with our son. We wanted to remember little Robert by giving back
to our community, supporting families who are going through something similar. We know all to well what that feels like so we have started "Berto Bags" that are filled with goodies inside including snacks, breast mints, water, sanitizer, chapstick, tissue, pen and paper, a children's book and a medical terminology booklet. We currently distribute these bags to local hospitals in the Las Vegas Area. Thank you for stopping in at our page and taking the time to know a little more about our little man and the big steps he is still taking even though he no longer is with us.
