Hoooray!!! I, with my sisters, Aleli and Cynthia with their husbands just got back from our first post covid charity mission at Bactas, Catmon, Cebu, Philippines. The mission happened on September 3, 2022. It was a very gratifying day!
I want to thank our monetary sponsors who with their donations made it possible for our work to happen.
To all the volunteers, our Cebu based cousins who shared their time to help.
To Gelda and Pelo Roiles, who prepared early yummy breakfast for all the volunteers.
To Jude, Jhayr, Andrew and Jose who were instrumental in making this a fun and lively day.
And especially to Jennifer Jurado, who without her help and support doing all the pre-festivity calls and contacts, I owe the success of the mission too.
To all the Bactas tanods and Bactas, Barrio Captain and Bactas residents!!!

Welcome to Jesilda Resource Foundation’s web page. Unfortunately we have not been able to go back out since the Pandemic started, hopefully soon.

It has been awhile since we have posted any new happenings with Jesilda Resource Foundation.

Thank you to all for your continued support and checking our page!
Due to covid, our foundation has halted all charity events, mostly our Philippine charities.

This Christmas, 2021, we hope to help at least 10 families in the Philippines by giving each family rice and a small amount to buy fish, pork, fruits and vegetables to cook with our donated rice. Our hope is that these 10 families can enjoy Christmas.
Hopefully, in future Christmas’ and with God’s blessings, Jesilda will be able to continue to increase the number of families we can feed and bring some cheers around Christmas time.

We hope with the pandemic under control, we also can continue our charitable work in the Philippines.
God bless us all and may the birth of baby Jesus bring us peace and love ❤️

The members of Jesilda Resource Foundation was supposedly going to the Philippines bt this time for a charity mission, but with the Pandemic, it all changed and with a heavy heart we decided to postpone the trip. This is the time when people are in dire need of our help, and we cannot reach out. So many obstacles working against us, our only resolution was prayers. We pray for this world to heal, the end of this Pandemic. The Lord will never lead us astray, so we follow Him and only Him will decide when we are able to do His Holy will. We apologize for the silence, we will soon be back again soon to do our missions, hope you will follow us. Thank you all for visiting our page.

Have you ever been to the Philippines? If not, it is a beautiful country with beautiful people, but about 70 % of the people struggle everyday for food, medicine and bare necessities. Have you ever been in a situation where you buy your favorite food and your mouth is melting and you just cannot wait to take your first bite, then you catch 2 big eyes looking at you, the pain and hunger in those eyes, gives you a stomach ache like you just cannot take the first bite but rather just stretch your arms to hand the food to the owner of those eyes and in no time at all that face lit up and all you see is a huge smile and the pain in your stomach is gone and your eyes begin to swell with tears. We have experienced that and that is why we keep going back, our mission is not much, it does not make a massive change in peoples lives and we sure wish we could do more, so we take baby steps and the little that we are able to do, we hope leaves a trace in their lives.
