💜🐾 A HUGE THANK YOU TO MOLLY & THE PAW PIXIE! 🐾💜

Sometimes a donation is more than just a dollar amount… it’s hope, support, and another chance for a rescue dog. ❤️

Back in July, Molly from The Paw Pixie generously donated $275 to Crazy4Pawz, and we want to take a moment to say just how much that support means to us — and to the dogs whose lives depend on people like her!

But our connection with Molly is extra special because she didn't just donate to Crazy4Pawz… she became a huge part of Cookie’s rescue story. 🥹❤️

Cookie was saved from The Animal Foundation after being placed on the euthanasia list. She was in terrible shape and had a long road ahead of her. Crazy4Pawz spent a tremendous amount getting this sweet girl healthy, comfortable, and ready for the life she deserved.

And Molly was there through it all. 🐾❤️

Molly fostered Cookie throughout her medical journey, loving her, caring for her, and watching her go through everything it took to get healthy. During Cookie’s time in rescue, we made homemade food for her, had allergy testing done, provided veterinary care and medications, and did so much more to help this girl heal.

And somewhere along that journey, something happened that we secretly hope happens with every foster…... Molly fell head-over-paws in love with Cookie. 🥰🐕

She fostered her, fought for her, watched her heal, and then realized there was absolutely NO WAY she could live without her!
THAT is rescue.
THAT is why we keep fighting.
THAT is why donations matter.

Every donation helps Crazy4Pawz say YES to dogs who need us — even when they need expensive medical care, special food, testing, medications, and lots and lots of time.

Molly, your $275 donation means so much to us. But even more than your financial support, we are grateful that you opened your heart and your home to Cookie and stayed by her side through her journey. ❤️

You didn't just help a rescue dog.
You helped save Cookie’s life — and then gave her the forever life she had been waiting for. 🥹🐾

Thank you, Molly, for believing in Crazy4Pawz, supporting rescue, fostering Cookie through her toughest days, and ultimately making her part of your family.

And thank you to The Paw Pixie for supporting the rescue community and helping organizations like Crazy4Pawz continue doing what we do! ✨🐶

Please show Molly some love and follow .pawpixie on Instagram! 💜

Molly + Cookie = one VERY special rescue success story. 🥰🐾
From all of us at Crazy4Pawz — THANK YOU, MOLLY! ❤️

**COURTESY POST**

Shadow & Dakota - A Bonded Pair needing a new home.

My name is Brian, I am asking for help in finding new forever homes to my most loyal best friends a man could have asked for.

This is a decision I did not want to make, yet I am at a point in my life where I must do what’s best for them and their quality of life.

I have had Dakota and Shadow for 7 years since they were puppies and as of recently, my life circumstances have changed drastically due to divorce. Dakota and Shadow have been with me before my marriage and divorce but with a new place I had to move to and me not being able to afford my new living situation and it has made me come to a point where I need to work more than one job and my dogs are not getting the amount of attention they deserve.

I would like them to stay together if possible as they do give each other company when I am not home. They can be separated if necessary as they did live apart for a year and half
before. Both dogs are up to date on all their necessary shots, spayed and neutered, I also have all their medical records.

They are not microchipped…
I am more than happy to have my dogs at my place of residence until October 26th, 2026.

My lease will soon end, and I will be moving into a smaller place by this time.

Shadow (6 years old) is an East line pure bread German Shepard (DDR) he was born on March 5th, 2020, and I got him from a Las Vegas breeder. Shadows parents are both AKC Champions and I have the paperwork that provides that. I just need to find it in my moving boxes and will gladly provide the documentation to the new owners.

He loves to play fetch, watch tv on the couch with his owners, and go for morning walks.

He knows how to sit, lay down and spin for treats. Loves to hang out and follow his owners all throughout the house so he is very attached. Which in this transition. He will have separation anxiety in the first couple months as I had to experience this recently with my
divorce and he spent a good amount of time making a mess in my new place and looking for my ex-wife who doesn’t live with us anymore. He does have laser pointer syndrome, which was not intentional, but it isn’t severe. He doesn’t react to all light reflections, only consistent and very noticeable light movements which doesn’t happen a lot.

If he doesn’t have the attention he needs from physical activity he will destroy things in the house, mainly clothes that are left out if they are not put away. He will get to them so be
prepared. This is also just usual behavior with most dogs if they aren’t getting the attention they need.

He has been boarded with multiple dog boarding facilities, and I have heard no issues with him getting along with other dogs for playtime. He does take some time to get used to new people, but he is not aggressive and has never attacked anyone.

DAKOTA: Dakota (7 years old will be turning 8 this year) is a mix of a German shepherd and pitbull and was born on 10/31/2018. I found her through an online ad. She has the personality of
both dog breeds but a very sweet and loving dog. She loves toys, walks, will play fetch but has a hard time with the returning part of fetch.

She is very independent unlike her brother, and she will hang out by herself in the living room and relax most of the time. When visitors come over, she does tend to jump on them
not in an aggressive way but in a excited to see them kind of way. So please be weary. Food aggression is something I’ve been trying to fix with her as she does become aggressive to Shadow sometimes when they share a food bowl. Eventually she stops and
Shadow can eat his portion of food from the free feeding kibble dispenser.

Dakota will bark if she hears other dogs outside, or if she recognizes the ring alarm notifications, or hears strangers outside the house. Since I haven’t been home with them recently in my new apartment neighborhood with work, I haven’t been able to correct this behavior as best as I could. She will come back in the house when I go get her from outside and she will calm down and stop barking.

If introduced to new dogs please keep an eye on her behavior, she has gotten used to other dogs in the past.

It’s mainly the food aggression that she could start a fight with
another dog. She has never once hurt Shadow.

If you are interested in Dakota and Shadow, please comment below or send a message. Thank you.

Meet Chicken Little — 9.8 lbs of personality, affection, and “catch me if you can"!

Chicken Little is a 1-year-old Yorkie who is getting ready to find the perfect home where he can be somebody’s one and only.

This little guy absolutely LOVES attention. If you’re looking for a dog who wants to hang out with you, go for walks, ride shotgun in the car, and soak up all the love you’re willing to give, Chicken Little may be your guy.

He is great with men, women, and children, but there’s one important thing Chicken Little would like everyone to know:

Little does NOT want to share his kingdom with another dog. He’s looking for a home where he can be the only pup and get all the attention for himself.

Chicken Little is still working on his potty training. The good news? Once he’s inside the house, he hasn’t been marking. He does best when he has easy access to a yard where he can get his “pee pee” on, so a home with a secure yard is a must.

And when we say secure, we mean it!

Chicken Little is a RUNNER. Give this tiny escape artist an opening and he may decide it’s time for an unscheduled neighborhood tour. His future family will need to be very careful with gates, doors, and entrances.

A little more about Chicken Little:

* 1 year old
* 9.8 lbs
* Neutered and **currently recovering from his neuter**
* Microchipped
* Up to date on vaccines
* Great with men, women & children
* Loves, loves, LOVES attention
* Great in the car
* Loves his walks
* Does well inside the home
* Needs continued potty-training work
* Secure yard required

Crazy4Pawz has gotten Chicken Little vaccinated, neutered and microchipped, and now we're giving him a little time to recover before he's ready for his next chapter.

🎉 Happy Adoption Day, BooBoo! 🐾❤️

We don't rush our adoptions because finding the right match matters. We take the time to make sure it's the perfect fit for both our dogs and their new families—and BooBoo hit the jackpot! 🥰

Her new daddy, Bryan, is already head over heels in love with this sweet girl. Just look at BooBoo's face...she knows she's exactly where she belongs! 💕

BooBoo was a regular at doggy daycare and gets along great with other dogs. But for this stage of her life, being Bryan's one and only is exactly what she needed. She now has his full attention, and once the weather cools down, she'll be his adventure buddy, going everywhere she can with him.

Thank you, Bryan, for choosing to adopt, not shop and for giving BooBoo the loving forever home she deserves. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness, tail wags, and unforgettable adventures! 🐶❤️

AVAILABLE SINGLE FEMALE SEEKING HER FUREVER MATCH 🏳️‍🌈
Name: Boo-Boo, Age: 2 years young,
Relationship Status: Single and ready to mingle.

Occupation: Professional Wiggle Butt, Ball Chaser, and Full-Time Heart Stealer.

About Me:
I'm a gorgeous Boxer girl (or maybe a Boxer mix... it's a mystery because nobody ever sprung for my DNA test). Either way, I'm pretty easy on the eyes if I do say so myself.

I'm currently hanging out at doggy daycare where I have lots of canine friends to play with, but honestly... I'd trade all of them for one special person to call my own.

When I first came into rescue, we were told I wasn't good with men. Since then, I've met a couple of wonderful men, and they've all proven that first impressions aren't always right. While I definitely seem to bond more quickly with women, I may do just fine with the right gentleman who's willing to let me get to know him at my own pace. What matters most to me is finding someone patient, loving, and ready to be my forever person.

My Love Language:

* Quality time, * Snuggles, * Playtime
* Following you around the house
* Wiggling so hard my whole body moves

What I'm Looking For:
Someone who wants a best friend, not just a dog. Someone who understands that building trust takes a little time, but once you're my person, you'll have a loyal companion for life.

The Fine Print:

🦴 2 years old
🦴 Spayed
🦴 Current on vaccines
🦴 Microchipped
🦴 Adoption fee: $150
🦴 Home check required
🦴 I come with my collar, leash, and a week's worth of food so we can start our new life together.

❤️ Think we're a match ❤️?

Love,

Boo-Boo

*P.S. Warning: Side effects of adopting me may include smiling more, laughing daily, and never having personal space again because I'll want to be wherever you are.

🇺🇸🎆 Happy Fourth of July from Crazy4Pawz Animal Rescue! 🐾❤️

While we celebrate our nation’s independence, our pets don’t understand why the sky is exploding.

The Fourth of July is the #1 time of year for pets to go missing. Animal shelters and animal control agencies across the country report a 30%–60% increase in lost pets between July 4th and July 6th, and July 5 is consistently one of the busiest days of the year for shelters. Here in Las Vegas, The Animal Foundation took in 549 animals during the July 1–10 holiday period last year, and only 16% were reunited with their families. (Shelter Animals Count)

Please… use common sense today.

🔒 Close EVERY gate.
Better yet… LOCK IT.

No lock? Get creative!
✔️ Zip tie
✔️ Bread tie
✔️ Twist tie
✔️ Carabiner
✔️ Bungee cord
✔️ Anything that prevents a frightened dog from pushing a gate open.

🏡 Keep your pets inside before the fireworks start.

🚫 Do NOT leave your dogs outside unattended—not even “for a few minutes.” A dog that has never escaped before can panic and bolt when fireworks begin.

📱 Make sure collars fit properly and ID tags and microchip information are current.

🎶 Turn on the TV, music, or a fan to help mask the sound, and give your pets a quiet, secure place where they feel safe.

Every year, rescues and shelters spend days trying to reunite terrified pets with their families. Some make it home… heartbreakingly, many never do.

A few extra seconds to secure a gate could save your best friend’s life.

Have a safe, happy, and pet-friendly Fourth of July! 🇺🇸🐶❤️

ADOPTED! 💙 Duke Found His Forever Family!

Some stories just make your heart so full... and Duke's is definitely one of them. 🥹

When Duke met his new family, he was also introduced to his new little brother, Doobie—a 10-year-old, 5-pound bundle of personality. Watching those two meet was absolutely hilarious! 🤣 They immediately started running around the house like they'd known each other forever. It was impossible not to laugh.

But the moment that got us...

As Kevin and I were getting ready to leave, Duke ran over to his new daddy, Glenn, jumped in his lap, and gave him the sweetest, biggest kiss. 💙 At that moment, we knew. Duke was already home.

The Tracey family has completely fallen in love with him, and it's easy to see why. After everything Duke had been through—from being surrendered to the shelter after nearly a decade with his previous family, to receiving extensive medical care, losing all but three teeth, bloodwork, x-rays, and finally getting healthy enough for adoption—this little guy found exactly where he was meant to be.

This is why we rescue.

Thank you, Tracey family, for opening your hearts and your home to this precious little senior. We know Duke and Doobie are going to have so many adventures together, and we can't wait to watch them.

Happy life, sweet Duke. You were worth every mile, every vet visit, every dollar, and every moment. ❤️

Congratulations to Duke, Doobie, Glenn, and the entire Tracey family! What a perfect match. 💙
