Hello familia!

Is time to gather in circle to reconnect as a community, and create a space for healing and growth.

A cacao ceremony is a space to tend to the emotional wounds that may keep you from feeling deeply connected to yourself and those around you. This is a time that can help the mind find more clarity, support better decision- making and to remind you how to face life’s challenges with more presence and awareness.

We gather in circle in ceremonial attitude to remember that life it self is sacred. We come together to honor Mother Earth as the blessed source that brings nourishment to us with love and support by teaching us to live in harmony with all beings.

Cacao is a plant that support the heart, not only on a physical level, but emotionally as well. It can lift the mood, soften the heart to better communicate with others.

🫅To become the master of your own reality means learning to take responsibility for your mind and your emotional state. To do that, you must be willing to face the mental and emotional pain that created the patterns your defense mechanisms—often formed through traumatic experiences—have worked hard to keep in place.
The mind 🧠does this out of survival, because it believes it is keeping you safe. Real change begins when you start recognizing those unwanted patterns and the pain of repeating them becomes greater than the false safety of keeping them.

🎶A través de movimiento rítmico y música medicina, invitamos a la mente crítica a relajarse para darle espacio al cuerpo emocional y físico a expresarse y soltar aquello que ya no necesita sostener.
