Great event earlier at Siegel Suites Boulder III! Huge thank you to Whitney Recreation Center for donating shoes for us to distribute to several families, and as always we appreciate all our community partners for their unwavering commitment to our events.

Our next two events will be next Tuesday, 4\30 at Checkmate Suites, 4735 Deckow Ln. 89119, and Thursday, 5/2, Paradise Suites at 2000 Paradise Rd., 89104 from 1pm-3pm.

We are pleased to announce that our new showroom for our furniture distribution program is up and running!

Through our experience transitioning families from homelessness, we became aware of many gaps in support programs that left much to be addressed, including, for many families, basic furnishings and household items. Indeed, many of the families we’ve relocated found themselves sleeping on the floor, without a chair, table or in some cases a pot to cook in or a plate to eat from.

Through partnership with a company that provides liquidation services to upscale resort properties undergoing renovation we have recently introduced a program through which families in need can receive furniture at low cost or at no cost through sponsorship by businesses, agencies and other community-based organizations. Inventory varies, but for example has included high quality sofa beds, occasional chairs, king and queen mattress sets, dressers, mirrors, art and many other items. Furniture is available by contacting us directly or through referral by any agency providing supportive services.
