💙 This one matters… more than we sometimes realize. 💙
Most of us have been touched by mental health in some way— a friend who was struggling, a family member who seemed “off,” or maybe even moments in our own lives that felt heavier than we could explain.
And yet… we don’t always talk about it.
But the truth is—talking can save lives.
According to NAMI, over 49,000 lives were lost to su***de in 2023. That’s one person every 11 minutes.
Not strangers… someone’s child, parent, sibling, friend.
That’s why Rotary District 5300 is committed to changing the conversation.
We’re creating a space where it’s okay to learn, to ask questions, to understand the signs, and to feel more prepared to support the people around us—and ourselves.
Join us for “Talk Saves Lives: Su***de Prevention & Mental Health” A meaningful and educational conversation about how we can all play a role in awareness, prevention, and support.
