Our first Wellness Sunday at Audio Bar - Las Vegas is officially in the books, and our hearts are full. 🌿✨

This past Sunday, we gathered for a morning of movement, mindful breathing, and community before brunch

Watching people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, meet new faces, and simply enjoy being present reminded us why we do this. Wellness isn’t just about the workout; it’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, rolled out a mat, and helped make our very first class such a special experience.

This is only the beginning. 💛

Join us every 2nd and last Sunday of the month at Audio Bar as we continue building a community rooted in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Next up: Breath and Boot Camp with Amber Nicole CPT, CWC, Herbalist !

We’ll combine intentional movement, functional strength training, and guided breathwork to help you move better, build confidence, and leave feeling energized.

a morning designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you to yourself.

We’ll move through a gentle, grounding yoga flow and meditation, melt into an immersive sound bath that continues throughout the entire event, merging with your practice and elevating your sense of calm and connection.

After the experience, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy brunch + drinks offered by the venue while connecting in community on the rooftop.

Let the sound carry you from start to stillness. Join us for a rooftop evening of yoga, guided meditation, and a continuous sound bath that unfolds through the entire event. Energy cleansing, light bites, and drinks to follow. Hosted by & .danielle29

What to expect:
A complete, accessible yoga class suitable for all levels, guided by our nurturing instructors.
A tranquil guided meditation to center your mind and spirit, ending in a peaceful, open-hearted space.
An immersive sound bath that continues throughout the entire event, merging with your practice and elevating your sense of calm and connection.
A gentle energy cleansing to release tension and invite fresh, positive vibration.
Light snacks and drinks to nourish after your practice, plus time to mingle on the rooftop under the evening sky.

Rooftop Reggae & Yoga This weekend!!!!we are back from our long over due hiatus and we’re excited to have you join us on the rooftop for some reggae vibes and energy healing and mindful movement. Celebrate Black History Month with cultural healing and community (everybody welcome)
