And a BIG THANK YOU to our speaker, Paulette Raven, for a thought provoking presentation. Showing the importance of communication, collaboration, persistence, and how to break down barriers so our patients can have positive outcomes! The real-life patient case studies that required “out of the box” thinking was very helpful…and how having a “life line” of community resources Is Invaluable.
