A group for casual/entry-level hikers interested in easy hikes in the Las Cruces area. We have walkers of varying fitness levels and try to keep the pace slow.

Many thanks to herpetologist Nina Dropcho for leading us on our Horned Lizard hike this morning at Prehistoric Trackways. In addition to two Roundtail Horned Lizards, we saw several Greater Earless Lizards, several Common Checkered Whiptails and two Eastern Collared Lizards.
