FCD ~ 2015... 18 years was a good run... Probably will not be one in 2016... things have gotten expensive plus less participation...

Uptown Clowns of Largo is
no more' It has been a couple of years since the City stopped it then other's got older or sick & just couldn't continue... Florida Clown Day which had been presented by us for 18 years just went bust... so I hope everyone is doing okay... one of these days soon this site will be removed...

The Uptown Clowns of Largo have not been 'clowning' around for a while now... BUT we have a sad anouncement.
Nancy 'SNICKKERS' Belangar has passed away today.
Nancy had been with the UTC's for close to 20 years !!
She loved 'PARADES' !! Laughing! Making friends SMILE...
Awesome lady - loved visiting nursing homes with her
'PHONEY BOLONEY BAND' !!! Her little piano, karoke machine & various musical tools! She will definately be missed by her friends & family. Dottie & Ann have been great care givers!
Here we are back in our 'day'... Nancy has the green shirt & red hair... :-)
