Some reminders aren’t new.
You’ve heard them before… many times.

But maybe that’s not the point.

Maybe the point is that, in the middle of everything…
we forget.

We forget to come back to ourselves.
To notice the way we think.
To soften the way we move through the day.

And then something simple… like this…
brings it all back, quietly.

Not as a lesson.
Just as a gentle return.

Because sometimes life doesn’t need more answers.
Just a few small reminders…
so it can feel a little lighter again.
