Yet at the same moment these concerns are growing, many of the largest decisions affecting Wyoming’s water future are being driven by monopoly utility companies and corporate interests with remarkably little public scrutiny.”
Water is life, and it is closely tied to energy production. That’s why we need to keep a close eye on what utility companies like Rocky Mountain Power are doing.
