We need your help! Adults and kids can help. Younger Youth members can help pass out ribbons or older youth can help with the entry/ exit gate. Any youth who volunteers will be entered in a drawing to win a gift card at the end of the week!

Hey Horse & Pony friends!

Today is our last work day and meeting.

If you're going for High Point part of the requirement is to have a horse and pony trophy sponsor or club sponsor.

Th process a bit difficult to navigate:

Click on the 5th black tab that says "Need to make a Payment?"

You'll see:
If you need to pay your annual dues, sponsor a trophy, or want to do a sponsorship to the club please click here.

Click the "click here"

Scroll all the way down to the list of Trophy categories.

Select what category you want to see.

If it says in red "out of stock" it's not available.

Once you find one available, fill out the engraving.
Example: The Smith Family or business name

Then select add to cart and go check out!

6:00-7:00 Western Clinic
-if you don’t need workday you can participate in clinic. We will not sign off on both!

6:00-7:00 Last Work Day
-bring shovels, wheelbarrows, brooms, rakes, w**d wacker, etc. May not be completing clinic!

7:00-8:00 Last Club Meeting
High Point items due:
-vaccination records
-4-H project book
-record sheet
-lease paperwork (if you don’t own your animal)
-if you need clinics you still must turn in form. Have clinicians sign a note saying you participated with or without your horse and turn in before fair. We will add it to your record sheet.

Stall Reservations are being worked on and will be completed over the next couple weeks. We lost half of the open barn this year. Tack stalls will be limited and assigned!
