A year worth celebrating! 💙💛 A job well done by all Kiwanians with 24 impactful service projects and more than $35,000 in donations!

Our year-end meeting celebrated:
👏 Trudy: Outgoing President, “Knocked It Out of the Park”
👏 Bob: Parade Chair and Incoming President
👏 Lois: Kiwanian of the Year
👏 The Trio/Della, Sherry & Jackie: Rookies of the Year

Huge thanks to Norma for 20+ years as secretary, and cheers to our perfect attendance honorees and members celebrating 25+ years, including those not pictured!

Every member helps make a difference for kids in the La Porte community. 💙💛

Our regular meeting today was anything but regular! Our 2nd “Parade of Checks” during 2026 allowed us to give away thousands to 8 worthy causes in addition to highlighting some prior support we provided over the summer. Altogether this represented over $22,000! Want to make a difference with us?https://ritacms.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/new-member-application-fillable-Kiwanis-Club-of-La-Porte%20(1).pdf

The Kiwanis Club of La Porte has been busy giving back! 💙💛

On Friday, we were happy to donate to the Deserving Children’s Roof Sit, and on Saturday, we served up free food and fun for the community at Allesee Park.

It was a great weekend supporting local children and families!
